Before you write

A few things we usually get asked.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Plenty of people get in touch because something isn't working and they can't yet say why. Working that out is what our discovery stage is for.

What does it cost?

It depends on the project, so we don't have a set price. We use a sliding scale: not-for-profits and community organisations pay less than businesses or government for the same work.

Will I work with one of you, or both?

Both. Jackie and Jasper are the whole studio, with no junior team. Usually one of us leads day to day and the other joins in for the big decisions.

Are you taking new projects?

Usually, yes. If our diary is tight, we'll say so in our first reply. We'll suggest a start date that works, or another option if you can't wait that long.
